A commercial design project by BCreations – The 4AXIS OFFICE at ASTORIA is defined by its dynamic interior. Spanning an area of 3700 sqft, this expressive working space features a distinct aesthetic that embraces a contemporary culture of ‘work and leisure’. With nuanced layering of tones & textures, we were able to optimize the structure, function, and spatial rhythm of this space to reflect the company’s ethos. The graffiti walls are striking and otherworldly. The Mini Golf, Pool, and Foosball areas create opportunities for collaborative encounters and encourage collegial camaraderie. The high quality office chairs allow for maximum comfort flexibility and productivity for employees. In 4AXIS, the vibrant hues and lighting enrich the expression of spatial moods where emotions and interaction can flow harmoniously, enhancing co-creation and enabling new, agile forms of work.

About the project

BCreations takes pride in designing the retail space for “Lipton” the biggest and world’s most well-known tea brand, on a mission to spread goodness of tea around the globe. As it was born with the focus on Ceylon tea it contains a proud history which Ceylon tea has. Today we build one of the best tea tasting facilities at Lipton Sri Lanka office with state of the art and modern technical specifications.

About the project

Prime Lands – Office extension in Borella is a commercial interiors design space that is made exclusively for clients who are a part of their on-going large-scale luxury apartment project in Ward Place. Located in the bustling Borella junction, this 1500 square foot space on the 6th floor gives a truly relaxing experience that indulges all the senses. The sophisticated design was conceived to create a contemporary office of both openness and retreat, far from the urban cacophony. The focus was to create a gathering space with meeting pods which encourage effective communication between the client and employers. Spaces are organized to be easily re-configurable and circulation is arranged neatly. The design of the interior corresponds to the outdoors. Faux foliage and synthetic grass have been used to render an evergreen feeling. We incorporated natural, earthy colours and irregular shapes into the space to create a warm and soft environment, nestled in a concrete garden.

Lyceum Campus, another unique creation of Lyceum School (Pvt) Ltd, takes the pride in creating a world-class extensively facilitated sports facility for their valued students.

Bcreations is delighted to design the “Zeus Gymnasium & Rehabilitation Center”. This concept has an area of 10000 square feet and consists of a Reception, Lobby area, Workout area, Indoor running track, Yoga area and also Consultation and Physiotherapy rooms to serve the client’s requirements. The space is decorated in a contemporary style to give the utmost environmental factors of subtlety, simplicity and elegant appearance. Placement of furniture and the use of lighting have enhanced the modern touch to give the necessary recreation atmosphere to the users. The different colour schemes such as neutral tones, wall textures and greenery materials have been used effectively to create the cutting edge in a perfected design. Also, the wall graphic wordings give positive energy to the space and for the user. Undoubtedly this space is a relaxed environment surrounded by a modern contemporary design which will create an inspiring ambience with utmost recreation and relaxation to the user.
