About the project

A gem businessman by profession, our client Sadakathullha Sarjoon wanted his luxury abode to be a crowning jewel in Colombo. We at BCreations enhanced the visual expression and functional use of his residence that spans across a space of 5000 sqft floor area, creating an environment that is rich in textures and feelings, both material and emotional. The house is equipped with contemporary amenities that guarantee a comfortable living, far away from the chaos. The walls are awash with shades of greys. To add a touch of opulence, we have used a neutral colour palette with hints of bronze and saturated blues and oranges. Lighting fixtures in the hall area offer a soft and eye-pleasing light creating a uniquely harmonious interior with the rest of the architectural aesthetics.

Laxman Perera’s residence @ Thalawathugoda

About the project

We at bcreations are indeed proud to be able to design Mr Laxman Perera’s residence located in Thalawathugoda. It has an area of 5000 square feet and consists of 04 bedrooms, living, dining, pantry, TV lounge and study area. His son is a wildlife photographer. This space is decorated in a modern style to give a brighter, fresher and elegant appearance. Furniture placement and the use of floor lamps, pendant lights, led strip lights and concealed lighting have enhanced the modern touch to the design. Different color schemes such as neutral tones, textures and materials have been used effectively to create the cutting edge in a perfected design. Decorating this modern and elegant space we have used his sons’ photographs too. Undoubtedly this dream home is surrounded by a luxurious design with absolute relaxation.

Apartment interior designed for Dr. Neelangani Lamahewage @ The Grand, Ward Place, Colombo 7
We at Bcreations are indeed proud to design the Apartment Interior at The Grand located in the upscale neighbourhood of Ward Place, Colombo 07. The three-bedroom apartment spread over an area of 1450 Square Feet is designed with architectural elements and textures that lend a simple yet sophisticated appeal to the space.
Designed in a striking combination of neutral tones, the contemporary living room boasts modern luxury and cosiness to create a perfect compact yet spacious outlook.
The neutral colour palette complementing the minimalistic design creates a luxurious looking space for the bedroom interiors especially by using a specific colour theme with a mix of light and dark shades of blue and grey creating a depth in design. The bespoke luxury Mahogany furniture is spray painted in PU for achieving high quality wood finishes for the highest level of functionality. With sleek lines, a polished look, and glossy finishes, this space exudes undeniable luxury.

Contemporary House Design @ Nawala

About the project

The contemporary design style is centered around peering into rustic styles of modern interior architecture, spreading over an area of 10,000 square feet located in the heart of Nawala. The sensational design emphasises clean lines, geometric shapes, open floor plans, and an aesthetically pleasing design flow blending with the exterior spaces. Designer light fittings and warm lighting are used to create sophisticated and refined living spaces. Complemented with bespoke luxury furniture, the earthy color palette with tones of warm browns and rustic oranges effortlessly brings the tranquility and beauty of the great outdoors into the design, capturing the essence of nature to create a serene and welcoming environment.

Dakshika Jayathilake’s Residence @ Bokundara

About the project

The modern and contemporary house design in Bokundara, spreading over 4000 square feet, is designed with a combination of classic elements with modern and contemporary ones to create the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The interior emphasises clean lines and a sleek design instead of intricate decorations or ornate details, in order to focus on simplicity and a streamlined look. Neutral color palettes are used as backdrops to infuse color and personality through decorative accents and materials. The colour palette features natural colors and earthy hues, such as tans, whites, grays, and beiges, including soft and subtle colours. Enhancing the atmosphere of the home by maximising the use of natural light, the design further infuses modern chandeliers and drop pendants that combine straight and intersecting elements to tie up the whole look together for a subtle ambiance. Furniture is crafted to meet every need and incorporate luxury appliances to further elevate their appearance and make the entire space a functional work of art in proper modern form. A few tastefully picked and strategically positioned paintings and decor items enhance the aesthetics of each space.

About the project

Mr. Ilham Zain‘s Apartment @ Edmonton tower, Havelock City, Colombo 05.
The 1380 sqft contemporary interior design comprises uncluttered spaces, and it necessitates the use of open layouts to create the illusion of a larger space, creating more free-flowing multifunctional spaces that are free from excessive decor items yet classy.
The muted colours are used as a trademark of the contemporary interior design with the use of a neutral colour palette. Shades of white, ivory, beige, cream, and taupe take a front seat with highlights of green and blue shades.
The design is involved with geometric patterns for a minimalistic aesthetic, along with furniture with clean cuts and high functionality used to create a sophisticated look. Metal accents are added to the fixtures for a touch of elegance.
The clean, straight lines exude a sense of luxury via exquisite design and incorporate tonal fabrics for added warmth and comfort with rugs and accessories that exude a calm feeling.

The modern contemporary design spreading over an area of 2000 sqft combines modern trends with classic elements to create a space that is stylish, functional, and comfortable.
The soothing modern living room has vibrant and neutral colors with cozy textures throughout the space for a sophisticated look with minimal effort. The dining area is designed featuring a mix of bold colours and eye-catching black pendant lights and accents to make the space feel pulled together without overwhelming the space. Doors that open to the outside add a touch of greenery to the entire space, merging the residence with nature. With minimalist cabinetry designed in a neutral color palette, the modern kitchen gives subtle elegance that never goes out of style.

About the project

We take pride in creating yet another elegant contemporary design for the residence of Mr.Kumarage located in Homagama. The three storeyed building spanned across 7000 Square feet is designed to embrace a timeless aesthetic style celebrating natural light with smooth blending details which creates a pleasing up to date look.

Combining the vibrant hues of a desert sunset with earthy pastels and dazzling artistry, the entertaining areas and the lounging spaces are designed to bestow a comfortable and a seamless sensation. Complemented by bespoke luxury furniture, the wooden bedroom interior is an epitome of an earthy interior decor, and it’s no less earthy when the design is modern and undeniably stylish which brings a sense of coziness and tranquility.

About the project

“The surf meets modern….” Strategically located in the residential neighborhood in Kollupitiya. A 03 Bedroom apartment of 2100 Sqft fully furnished with modern contemporary furniture with comfortable and modern, sporting a hint of fur to create a cozy atmosphere and a revamped fully equipped kitchen.

Tastefully decorated and perfectly balanced undertones of sea blue, slate grey and stark white give of an almost seaside like vibe to the space while incorporating framed photos from the clients personal collection which enhances the elegance of the luxurious apartment while giving a pleasant feel to the residents.
